You represent and warrant that all required registration information you submit is truthful, complete, and accurate and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information.
Upon registration, you will choose a password. As part of our hands-on approach to helping our portfolio companies grow, we make a job board and talent network (collectively, the “Job Portal”) available to companies and top talent through the Website. Our Job Portal allows you to explore career opportunities by searching jobs posted on our job board or by connecting with potential employers through our talent network.
- Job Board: When you apply to a job posted on our job board, your application is submitted directly to the company you are applying to and any third-party service providers used by such company to process your application. We do not have control over the manner in which such companies and their service providers will treat your personal information.
- Talent Network: To access our talent network within the Job Portal, you must complete a profile by: (1) answering certain questions about your job preferences, such as type of roles you are seeking and location, and (2) by writing a brief cover note and a personal biography to potential employers. Although you are not required to answer all of the profile questions, a complete profile will get you the most out of our service.
You will also need to create an account by providing your first and last name, email address, and a password that you select, or by using your LinkedIn account credentials. If you use your LinkedIn account, you authorize us to access certain LinkedIn account information (consistent with your LinkedIn privacy settings), including your name and email address.
Once your profile is complete, we receive a notice as the administrator of the talent network to review it. If your experience, preferences and general profile fit what our portfolio companies are looking for, you will be added to our network. You can choose to set your profile to public to allow all potential employers to view your profile in search results and contact you about opportunities, or private, in which case your profile is only revealed to potential employers if you have requested an introduction. Potential employers may use your profile information and other information you provide to them to contact you about opportunities (in accordance with your choices) and to process and respond to you about current and future job opportunities.

In connection with a job application or related inquiry, including when you join our talent network, you may provide us with certain personal information about yourself (such as that contained in a resume, cover letter, your talent network profile, or similar employment-related materials). We use this information for the purpose of processing and responding to your application for current and future career opportunities.
We may use your personal information to contact you and facilitate email communications between you and potential employers. We may also send you email communications about our services including requests for potential employer introductions, suggested jobs available on the job board, and security or other service-related issues.
